Achievements in current grants

The project of innovative vaccine against whooping cough is in the terminal phase. The priority is the research and development of whole-cell pertussis vaccine, which is to be characterized by reduced reactogenicity. This goal has already been achieved by two independent approach – first is based on genetic manipulation and second is based on innovative technological processes for the preparation of the active substance. We are currently finalizing the documentation.

The Transfer Factor project is also very successfully solved. In cooperation with the Faculty of Pharmacy of the Charles University in Hradec Králové, a tablet construction with a satisfactory composition and suitable physical properties has been developed. Orientation preclinical tests are currently underway and the manufacturing technology is modified to be applicable in potential commercial drug production.
